Mobile detailing in Woodstock
Every service below is carried out at your address in Woodstock — home, office or yard — with the vehicle staying exactly where it already sits. Woodstock sits on Highway 401 and Highway 403, and that mileage is what shows up on the paint. Sustained highway speed drives grit into the front bumper and the leading edge of the bonnet far harder than town driving does, and it lays a bonded road film across the lower panels that an ordinary wash lifts off the surface while leaving the rest keyed in. Cars here need decontaminating more often than their mileage alone suggests.

Nine pages, one per service, covering what is different about having it done here — access, conditions and the local rules that decide how an appointment is planned.
Which service fits a vehicle here.
The services are the same everywhere. What changes between places is which one is overdue first, and why.
Highway miles, so decontamination before protection
Highway 401 exposure means bonded road film and brake dust rather than loose dirt, and protection applied over that traps it. The order that works here is exterior detailing first, then ceramic coating or paint protection film once the paint is actually clean.
Drier air, so interiors are about grit rather than damp
Woodstock sits inland, so cabins here dry normally and the interior problem is what gets walked in — grit in the carpets and seat bases. That is interior detailing work, and extraction rather than a vacuum.
Vehicles that are not cars
The same visit logic applies to RVs, boats and trucks in Woodstock — they are quoted differently (by the foot, or by cab type) but they are still done where the vehicle stands. Pittock Reservoir at Woodstock is one of three Upper Thames River Conservation Authority reservoirs open to boating. Launching motorized watercraft onto the reservoir is permitted only from the north shore, within Pittock Conservation Area. Permits and associated fees apply for motorboats and sailboats. Personal watercraft such as jet skis, seadoos and jetboards are not permitted on the reservoirs at any time. The reservoir is open from dawn until dusk during the operating season and boating after dark is strictly prohibited. All boat operators must have a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card, and boats that do not meet safety requirements or do not abide by the restrictions will be denied access. For more than one vehicle at a time, that is fleet detailing.

What Woodstock does to a vehicle.
Winter salt, and the weeks after it. Ontario salts heavily and Oxford County gets a full season of it. Salt does its worst work where nobody inspects — inside the wheel arches, along the lower valance, in the seams under the doors — and it keeps working through the first warm weeks after the roads are clear, which is when most people assume the risk has passed. On a vehicle doing motorway miles all winter that is a corrosion timeline rather than a cosmetic one.

The vehicle never leaves your driveway
Housing in Woodstock usually means a driveway rather than a garage, so paint takes UV through the summer and freeze-thaw through the winter without a break. That is what dulls a clear coat over three or four years, and it is why protection applied here earns its keep faster than it would on a garaged car.
Booking in Woodstock.
Book the slot
Pick the service and tell us where the vehicle will be in Woodstock. Both residential driveways and commercial yards are normal here. For anything at a yard or depot, gate hours and whether we can get fully around the vehicle are the two things worth agreeing at booking — commercial appointments live or die on that being settled in advance.
We arrive equipped
The technician arrives with professional equipment and works around the vehicle where it stands — nothing is driven anywhere.
Walk the result
Anything missed is put right on the spot rather than on a second visit.
Coming to Woodstock
Woodstock is inside our regular Ontario coverage, so a technician comes to the address you book. The service price itself is the same wherever we work.
What is specific to Woodstock.
These come from the municipality's own pages, linked so you can check them rather than take our word for it.
The City of Woodstock states there is no on-street parking between Dec. 1 and March 31 each winter, and that vehicles are not permitted to park on city streets from Dec. 1 to March 31 between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Outside that window, on-street parking is limited to five hours unless otherwise posted; downtown parking is limited to two hours unless otherwise posted, and is extended to three hours during the month of December only.
Woodstock allows five hours at the kerb outside downtown unless a sign says otherwise — long enough that a real appointment fits inside it, which is not true in most of the region.

Boating here means Pittock Reservoir, and motorised craft launch from one place only — the north shore inside the conservation area — during daylight, with a permit and a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.

The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority asks boaters to clean their boat, trailer and gear to help prevent the spread of invasive aquatic species, and states that restrictions may be applied to areas of these reservoirs to include "no wake" and "restricted access" zones.
The conservation authority asks boaters here to clean the boat, the trailer and the gear before moving between waters — which is the job, described by the people who run the reservoir.

The City of Woodstock clears roads in four priority classes: 1. Major arterial roads and bus routes, 2. Major collector roads and industrial areas, 3. Local residential streets, 4. Cul-de-sacs and dead end streets. Its stated goal is to have one snow plow pass on all streets within 24 hours after a snow event, but during heavy snow and ice storms snow removal will take longer and it may not be possible to reach residential areas until after the storm event has ended.
Woodstock ploughs in four classes and puts industrial areas in the second one, ahead of residential streets — so a commercial yard here is usually reachable before the crew's own roads are.

The City of Woodstock requires property owners to clear the sidewalks around their property of both snow and ice within 24 hours of a snowfall, states that Public Works will clear snow from curb-faced sidewalks only once all roads have been plowed, requires all snow from driveways and sidewalks to be piled on the owner's own property, and states that it is illegal to push snow onto the road.
Every driveway's snow has to stay on that property by law here, which is why winter space around a large vehicle is planned rather than assumed.

The City of Woodstock states that parking permits are not valid on any street or in any two-hour-only posted lots. A temporary overnight permit lasts no longer than 14 days per property per season. A temporary construction parking permit is not valid for use between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Residents of downtown Woodstock with no designated parking space may park in designated municipal lots overnight Monday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. and all day Sunday.
No permit in Woodstock is valid on a street, so the kerb is governed purely by the posted limit and the winter ban — a permit is not a way around either.
Parking Permits — City of Woodstock — accessed 2026-08-22
In downtown Woodstock, patrons may park for two hours without charge between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, and each municipal lot is designated as either two-hour free parking, permit parking, pay and display, or a combination.
Downtown runs on a two-hour free window inside the working day, so anything longer than a short appointment moves to a driveway or a lot that allows it.

Where can the vehicle be parked while you work in Woodstock?
A driveway, a private lot or a building's parking level all work; tell us which when you book so the slot is not spent moving the vehicle.
When is the best time to book exterior work in Woodstock?
Straight after the salt season ends is the appointment that does the most good — that is when the winter's residue is still sitting in the arches and seams and has not had a summer to set into the finish. A second visit before winter, to put protection on ahead of the salt, is the other one that genuinely pays for itself in Oxford County.
Why does my interior smell even though it looks clean?
Because odour lives in the fabric rather than on the surfaces. Spills soak into carpet and upholstery and stay there, and a vehicle that looks tidy can still be holding months of it. Extraction reaches what wiping and vacuuming cannot.
